Chad Sandeman is the Founder & CEO of Berkley, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, acquisitions and project delivery across Sydney’s most prestigious residential markets.

With more than 23 years of experience in the residential development and construction sector, Chad has established a reputation for delivering architecturally refined homes defined by quality, longevity and attention to detail. Beginning his career in the industry at the age of 17, he has overseen the delivery of more than $2 billion in development projects throughout his career.

Known for his commercially disciplined approach, meticulous standards and understated style, Chad works closely with leading architects, consultants and craftsmen to create homes that combine timeless design with exceptional execution.

With over 15 years of experience across residential and commercial construction and development, Alister plays a key role in strategic decision-making at Berkley Property. He is actively involved across the full development lifecycle, from early-stage financial feasibility and acquisition through to conceptual design and construction.

Alister ensures every project reflects Berkley Property’s commitment to excellence without compromise.

Ethan Lloyd is Project Director at Berkley, where he leads the on-site delivery of Berkley’s projects.

Prior to joining Berkley, Ethan refined his craft at Bellevarde Constructions – one of Australia’s most respected luxury residential builders, renowned for delivering some of the country’s finest architectural homes. During this time, Ethan worked alongside leading award-winning architects including Molnar Freeman, PopovBass and Virginia Kerridge, while delivering bespoke residences for high-profile clients in Bellevue Hill and Point Piper. This experience helped shape his meticulous approach to technical detail and quality control.

Trusted to oversee complex projects from commencement through to completion, Ethan plays a key role in maintaining the exacting standards and craftsmanship that define the Berkley brand.

Ethan is a Licensed Builder and Registered Building Practitioner under the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Scheme, reflecting his deep technical expertise and capability in delivering complex architectural residences.

As Chief Financial Officer at Berkley, Lauren Evans oversees the financial management, feasibility analysis and performance of the company’s residential development portfolio.

Lauren brings extensive institutional experience from her time at Lendlease, where she held senior finance roles across the group’s Australian development business. Her background in project forecasting, financial reporting and large-scale development operations provides Berkley with a disciplined and commercially rigorous financial framework.

Working closely with the leadership team, Lauren plays a key role in ensuring each project is strategically structured, financially robust and executed with strong operational oversight.
